From June 1 to 4, UbiPharm was present at the 22nd edition of the International Pharmaceutical Forum, a major event bringing together key players in the pharmaceutical industry in Africa, as Lead Sponsor. The theme of this year's event was "Pharmaceutical Sovereignty for Africa: Challenges and Opportunities". The international meeting, under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Senegal, took place at the King Fadh Palace in Dakar, Senegal.
During the Forum, Dr THIAM, Managing Director of UbiPharm Senegal, and Dr NDONG, Sales Director of our Senegalese subsidiary, also had the opportunity to speak at a symposium. They highlighted our commitment to pharmacists and healthcare professionals in Africa, underlining our willingness to work closely together to meet the continent's specific needs.
This international event is held annually in an African country. Representatives of Pharmacists' Boards, Trade Unions, Pharmacy Departments and Central Purchasing Agencies from participating countries come together to develop inter-African exchanges and share experiences.
The Group's presence at the Forum was an opportunity to promote excellence and collaboration in the pharmaceutical sector in Africa, and to meet our partners. We reiterate our commitment to working with local players to offer pharmaceutical solutions tailored to the needs of the continent.
